Margie Biggar
Director of Employee Engagement and Project Manager
Cleveland

As a native Clevelander, I grew up in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland and currently live in Cleveland Heights. My husband, Jeff, and I have two grown sons. Our older son is married and lives on the west side of Cleveland with his wife and two children. The other recently moved back to Cleveland from Durham, North Carolina.

I enjoy staying involved in our community, having served on the Board of Cleveland School of the Arts as well as Vocational Guidance Services. I am currently a sustaining member of the Sunbeam Board, the founding organization of what is now Vocational Guidance Services.

I am a huge fan of our cultural institutions and was responsible for creating and chairing an annual event for Holden Forests & Gardens, which benefited the Green Corps urban-farming program for Cleveland teens. I continue to stay active there through fundraising events. At the Cleveland Museum of Art, I am a member of the Women’s Council and Painting and Drawing Society. As a lover of all things flowers and gardens, I am a member of The Garden Club of Cleveland. I have a passion for arranging flowers, attending classes, and participating in flower shows.

I am a member of two book clubs and enjoy learning what others are reading and engaging in meaningful discussions. I love to visit our grandchildren whenever possible and fill the rest of my free time with cooking, needlepointing, traveling, and fitness. I am a big supporter of organizations that offer services to those with Down Syndrome and Autism, such as Two Café Foundation, Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio, and Milestones Autism Resources.

Having been with Executive Arrangements for 27 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting countless individuals and families considering a move to Cleveland. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey — helping them uncover the vibrant neighborhoods, world-class cultural institutions, and welcoming communities that make this city so special. I take pride in offering a personal touch that helps newcomers feel at home from the start. Time and again, once people experience what Cleveland truly has to offer, they’re not just convinced — they’re excited to begin their next chapter here.
