Born and raised in Northwest Indiana I have lived in Indianapolis, Crown Point and Evansville, Indiana, Knoxville, Tennessee, N; Lahore, Pakistan; Beijing, China, Chagrin Falls, Ohio (suburb of Cleveland) DeKalb, Glen Ellyn, and Chicago,Illinois.
