I lived in Northern Lake County for 28 years, raising a family there, and driving extensively in and around this area for my boy’s travel hockey teams. With a Masters in Education, I also spent 34 years as a teacher, case manager and administrator in various school systems within a portion of this same footprint. In more recent summer months, I enjoyed working as part of the food and beverage team at Sheperd’s Creek Golf Course in Zion, taking in one of my favorite sports.  In addition to golf, I enjoy traveling, baking and the outdoors. Recently my husband and I made the move to Downtown Chicago, and we have also been enjoying Chicago’s professional sports scene and the new adventures that city living offers. I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years, and we have two grown sons who we can visit in California and Texas. This past summer we celebrated our son’s marriage, and I now enjoy having a daughter-in-law as well!
