For the first time since Executive Arrangements began tracking where newcomers settle when they arrive in NE Ohio, the neighborhoods IN the City of Cleveland are one of the top five areas our transplants are selecting. A lot of this has to do with the residential boom in downtown Cleveland, but it also can be attributed to the popularity of city neighborhoods such as Tremont, Ohio City, and Gordon Square.
