Prior to a candidate’s visit, EA Guides are communicating and sharing in-depth information so they can begin an online search with direction and focus.
During their visit, candidates will have an orientation day, led by two EA Guides to understand the lay of the land, neighborhoods/schools that match their criteria, and an understanding of the new town’s amenities.
Each EA Day includes behind-the-scenes VIP experiences as well as connections to community members with shared common interests and backgrounds.

Ensure Acclimation

While you work to onboard your new hire into their new role, we work to onboard them to their new city.
EA provides on-going support to the significant other once the candidate has started working to help them find their path in a new city.
