I have been a Clevelander since 2010. I am originally from Dothan, AL and am a Gulf Coast native. I met my husband Grant, a proud Clevelander, while attending Tulane University in New Orleans. After receiving my BA in Theatre Design and Production, we lived in New York City where I worked in interior design for J.D. Bell and then Peter Marino. We made a brief stop in Columbus, OH, where he received his MBA from The Ohio State University, and then chose Cleveland as our home!
We first lived in University Heights, and I worked for many years at Cleveland Play House, through which I met the wonderful EA Team. We then migrated a little east to Chagrin Falls, began our family, and have never looked back.
Today, we have three active little Clevelanders, and I spend a lot of my time volunteering at their schools, University School and Laurel, and shuttling them from one activity to the next.
When I’m not with my children or working, I spend my time volunteering with various organizations but most often supporting Vocational Guidance Services’ work with Ohioans with disabilities and Cleveland Clinic Children’s Trike & Bike benefiting pediatric cancer research. I also enjoy the tennis scene here in Cleveland.
Cleveland is a very connected community full of helpful people and endless opportunities for our family! I feel very lucky to be a part of this amazing and supportive community!
